Dance Marathon is an incredible way to show support and raise money for local children and families affected by serious illnesses. This year, SocialVibe is giving schools the chance to earn even more money for local children. The school that has the most people supporting Children's Miracle Network on SocialVibe by May 15th, 2009 will receive a $10,000 check from SocialVibe to benefit their local children's hospital. That's in addition to the donations that they will earn for Children's Miracle Network just for having a badge on their web page!

Instead of a charity asking for a donation SocialVibe allows charities like Children's Miracle Network to just ask you to donate your influence online. College students come to SocialVibe and pick a cause they care about and a brand sponsor that they like. Then they create a brand badge for their MySpace, Facebook, or blog. SocialVibe then takes the money the brand sponsor pays and gives it to Children's Miracle Network.
